She holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from The University of Texas at Austin and was a Kilgore College Rangerette, staying connected with Rangerettes Forever. After college, Terri spent 13 years teaching school in the Tomball Independent School District before shifting to real estate. For the last 20 years, she has been a licensed realtor with Hunter Real Estate Group in West University, managing real estate transactions across the greater Houston area and offering marketing services to landlords.
